Mini Sweet Potato Samosas


The samosas are one of the tipical indian recipies and we usually eat them on special days. I love samosas. There's many way for make samosas and  below is a one simple way for make samosas. I hope you will like it.

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
  • curry powder to taste
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • sesame oil for brushing

Directions

  1. Simmer sweet potatoes with a little water until very soft. Drain, and mash with butter, milk, onion soup mix, and curry powder.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  3. Place about 1 teaspoon of the sweet potato mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush two adjacent edges of wrapper with water, fold into a triangle, and press the edges together to seal. Brush both sides with sesame oil. Place the samosas on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then turn over, and bake for 5 minutes more.
  5. The samosas are ready to eat. We can eat them with ketchup or by themself.

How To Make American Pancakes?

Ingredients:11/2cups(350gram),  all-purpose flour, 3 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp white sugar, 1 tsp salt
11/4 cups(300ml) milk, 1 egg, 3 tbsp butter, melted.

Step1:
 pancake batter:  in a larger maxing bowl combind the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. wisk all the drying ingredients together, make a well in the middle all the ingredients and put in the egg, butter and milk. Wisk and till the better thickness.
Step2:
Hot groddle: add a tbs of butter to a pan over medium heat and a butter cover the pan. Use a label to scoop a quater of the batter into the high pan. When it starts the groddle on take flip the pancake over and  brown for about a minute. When move the pancake from the pan add more butter and repeat.
Step3:
Serve:
dressup the pancake by adding slice strawberries ploveres and some delicious maple soroup. Breakfast never taste's so good.

ARE WE EATING HEALTHY?

 what you ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner yesterday?

Yesterday, I ate for breakfast: a glass of milk with biscuits. For lunch I ate one plate of pasta with chickpeas, an apple and I drank one glass of orange juice. Finally for dinner I ate a plate of rice with  peas, potatoes and a yogurt.

What do you think, is your diet healthy? Give reasons.
I think my diet is okay, because according to the pyramid I have to eat 6-11 servings pasta, rice, cereal & bread and 2-3 servings meat, fish dry beans, eggs, nuts etc . I only ate 3 servings and I didn't eat meat, fish but I usually eat nuts, dry fruits and the other servings I ate properly so I don't think my diet is unhealty.
I think that vegetarian diet is great. Everyone needs to try it. One of the advantages to the vegetarian diet is that it tends to be low in fat. A vegetarian diet also can help you avoid heart problems and it  may be the key to weight loss.
